Having served the community of Richmond, and the Yorkshire Dales since 1981, originally under the name "The Health Food Shop", Nourished is one of Richmond’s longest running shops.

Situated on Finkle Street, the shop is full of everything you need to live a healthy, low waste life. From natural speciality foods, healthy snacks and drinks, vitamins and supplements to natural home and beauty products.

Run by Dominic and Tania Fava, since taking over from Dominic’s parents in 2021, the shop continues to offer the huge range that has always been available, as well as continually introducing new natural products.

The shop offers a wide range of zero waste refills including natural home and beauty products and dried goods such as teas, mueslis, flours, nuts, seeds, dried fruit and spices.

Additionally, pre-weighed organic dried goods are available in certified plant based plastic free, home compostable packaging.
